Complete redesign of the e-commerce buying process Crowd Coffee, to make it simpler and more understandable to users.
The goal is simplify the purchasing process in a MOBILE-FIRST approach, making it simpler and clear. Let the offers be more clear and better disposed aligning them to the site’s communication.
Starting from user feedback and comparison with other sites in the sector we have revised the purchasing process. We decided to let the process begin from the “CROWDER or CONSUMER” choice, previously placed at the end of the check-out, to be able to differentiate offers at first step.
We created a mobile application that is able to perform the business tasks. UI testing gave us an idea of how to properly organize the structure of the application, providing the most positive user experience for CROWD COFFEE’s users.
