E-commerce Multi-Channel
PRIMALY is a startup that deals with food that intends to sell, through a multi-channel approach, food products of any kind.
In this project one of the main goals is to profile and retain the greatest number of users adopting cutting-edge technological and engagement solutions. In fact, the customer can buy off-line, as on-line. The products can be delivered in one of the affiliated Pharmacy closest to him or directly to his house.
Furthermore, another important goal is to inform the users about nutrition aspects, ingredients qualities and many more about Primaly products.
Due to the real complexity of the project, consisting of a MULTI-CHANNEL e-commerce with 4 sales channels (Mobile App, Web Site Desktop and Mobile, Totem and In-Store POS) we decided to use Sketch for the realization of wirefremes in UX phase. This gave us the possibility to create a series of useful flows to fix the various user paths present within the project.
Subsequently we moved on to the Prototyping phase.
We have developed a multi-channel e-commerce that creates multiple ways of buying for the user and increases the business of the trader without additional costs. The user interface tests gave us an idea of how to properly organize the application structure, providing the most positive user experience for PRIMALY users.
